Shadow Energy is led by Chris Barton, a Professional Geophysicist [PGeo.] who has been active in the following areas: NEBC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, East Coast Canada, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas and the North Sea during his long career.
His experiences have given him the ability to predict, find and develop oil and gas reserves, mitigate drilling risks and assist in growing companies.

Chris Barton graduated from the University of Calgary in 1981 and has been active in downtown Calgary ever since.
Chris is driven and experienced at using novel advanced seismic techniques to optimize horizontal wellbore placement and has gained valuable knowledge with work in North America and International basins.

Administration
Elva Middleton has worked at Shadow Energy for close to 4 years as an Office Manager/Administrator.
Her prior work history includes 24 years in seismic brokerage, 10 years with a wholesale lumber/building supply distribution company and 4 years in banking.
